Arrived at location on 11/18/22 - spoke with chef, asked to have left rear and right front pilot replaced. Will order and return. Returned to location on 12/2/22 - On unit, replaced rear left and front right pilot assemblies. Also removed front left pilot and cleaned. Tested operation, unit is fully operational.
Per customer Range unit is not firing, found pilot lit mill volts reading 95 mv pilot weak shut pilot off clean pilot assembly and retested - still only getting 95 mv replaced thermopile and tested millvolts reading 400 mv pilot only 300 mv main burner on, tested valve is dropping out when millvolts removed, unit came up to set temp
Checked and found that the SIT valve should be replaced. Also bring an oven thermocouple along for anticipation, because the oven bell for the door was coming down on it. Need one 4531799 SIT valve, 4524648. knob away. and a 4523506. thermocouple for anticipation. Get a 4523127 pilot kit. for the top left burners too. 3-30-18 Replaced top pilots, left side. Replaced sit valve and thermocouple and knob kit for sit valve. Tested okay.
